Dominique Tonacchio
Dominique Tonacchio is a founding partner of Tonacchio Compitello, LLC, known for her tenacious and aggressive advocacy, strategic legal thinking, and unwavering commitment to achieving the best outcome for every client.
A graduate of Holy Trinity High School in New York, Dominique went on to attend The Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania, where she earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Law and Sociology, with a minor in Women’s Studies. She was recognized on the Dean’s List for academic excellence throughout her time at Penn State.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she served as Executive Vice President of the Student Bar Association and was a member of the Honor Board. Dominique also became a certified mediator, strengthening her skills in conflict resolution. She holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminal Law and Sociology, with a minor in Women’s Studies, from The Pennsylvania State University.

She also became a certified mediator, enhancing her skills in negotiation and conflict resolution. Before admission to the bar, Dominique worked as a law clerk at a prominent New Jersey law firm. After graduation, she passed both the New York and New Jersey bar examinations. Her legal acumen and leadership have earned her a swift rise through the firm, progressing from law clerk to associate, and ultimately becoming a partner at Tonacchio Compitello, LLC.
