Anastasia Millicker
Anastasia Millicker, Esq. is a divorce and family law attorney at
Tonacchio, Spina & Compitello. Ms. Millicker focuses her practice on
representing clients in all aspects and stages of their family law
matters, including child custody and support, adoption, domestic
violence, spousal support reductions, relocation, post-judgment
modifications and all other issues related to family matters. In
addition to her experience in family law, Ms. Millicker has prior
civil litigation defending hospitals and medical practitioners in
malpractice actions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Millicker worked for several boutique
family law firms where she focused on contested divorces and
matrimonial litigation. Ms. Millicker has previously served as the
judicial law clerk to the Honorable Donald J. Stein, J.S.C. in Camden
County Superior Court and completed a judicial internship in family
law with the Hon. Angelo DiCamillo, J.S.C.
Ms. Millicker received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School.
During her law school career, she has served as a Student Coordinator
in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Project and Mediation
Pro Bono Projects, and a volunteer in the Domestic Violence Pro Bono
Project as well as an intern for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney
General and the Office of the Public Defender in New Brunswick, and as
a member of the Rutgers’ Child and Family Advocacy Clinic. In Summer
2016, Anastasia was awarded a Maida Public Interest Fellowship to
support her work at the New Jersey Institute for Social Justice, where
she assisted on a number of legal policy matters involving economic
mobility, criminal justice reform and civic engagement and was awarded
a Dean’s Pro Bono Publico Award for Significant Service through the
law school’s pro bono projects during graduation.
Ms. Millicker is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New Jersey
District Court.
